We recently had a sales meeting and discussed what makes us different as a firm and as individual brokers. Since leaving the meeting i decided to put together an overview of what i believe.

Bryan’s Office information is more complete, comprehensive, and data verified, than all major data sources and brokerage firms. We don’t wait for the services to provide us the information we generate the information. We are the service provider.
We have consummated leases and sales with nearly every major landlord in the area. These real-time events keep us ahead of the curve so we see developing market trends. I.e. Rates, Incentives, Concessions, etc… which ultimately help save money.
We provide Market Reports that are generated internally to utilize the information stated above so that we can assist in making our clients aware of where the market currently is and how we can find success with their respective projects.

Bryan joined NAI Keystone in early 2004, but before joining NAI, Bryan Cole spent 4 year’s active duty in the United States Marine Corp, including a 6 month deployment in Afghanistan, a 4 month deployment in Kuwait/Iraq, and a 7 month deployment in Japan. Prior to joining the military Bryan was involved in the construction of commercial and multi-unit properties in the Philadelphia suburbs.
